So Many Chicken Wings So Little Time

No, I do not eat or even think of eating chicken wings - ever. But I've gotta tell you that after tasting only 3 of the 7 styles of Wings at Lisa's Small Plates on Kent Island call me Wingo. Apparently Lisa's Small Plates no longer makes small plates but did a very respectable job on seared Ahi - Old Bay might have been involved and although it sounds weird it was kind of good. Reminds me of when my brother's wife (MA sis in law) visited us and asked at Spinelli's Coffee if they had any flavored coffee -- to wit my tattooed, pierced, young barista replied "Miss, here in SF we think coffee is a flavor". It was different and still real good.
