Lewes DE, A quaint little drinking town with a big fishing problem

It has been too long since the Savahoochies have been able to frolic in the surf without the menace of frostbite or jellyfish stings but Lo! Lewes Delaware, home to my beloved in laws has warm, pest free surf and we had a blast in it! Downtown on 2nd Street they have a great toy store, Kids Ketch, and a nice mom and pop grocery lloyd's, that sells affordable house roasted chickens that are terrific and would be a nice find for a budget traveler.

Last night Mom in Law cooked my favorite Chicken dish (breasts sliced, marinated in egg wash, lightly breaded and sauteed in Olive oil and butter, covered in mushrooms and Swiss Cheese, a cup of broth and baked at 3:50 until warmed or about 30 minutes), salad, and Birth Day cake! Dad in Law spent a couple of "extra Dineros" on some nice wine and we are so content to be here - it took traveling through 4 states (SC,NC,MD,DE) to get to here and we are enjoying ourselves immensely!
